Cenara, also known as Gracefang, is a Dracopyre, the previous Avatar of Death and the current leader of the Shadowslayers. She also is the daughter of Lady Evina and Nightbane, Edward's younger sister, and the granddaughter of Wolfwing and Cara DeLivali. Through her mother's second marriage, she is the half-sister of Donovan.
She is the trainer of the Shadowslayer class, through the quest Shadowslayers & Nighthunters.

Biography[]
Early life[]
Cenara was born to Lady Evina and Balius, who had been the Avatar of Death until he was Forsaken in favor of Cenara's older brother, Edward. Doomed to die, he disappeared in search of his father, Wolfwing, and became a Werepyre. Though he returned months later, Evina saw that he craved too much power and left him, taking Edward and Cenara with her. They went to Felrood Abbey, where they came to be with their aunt and where Evina met and married a farmer (Nightbane's Fortress), with whom she had another son, Donovan. As a result, Cenara grew up near Felrood and, after all of the elemental priestesses left the Abbey, the building became a special place where Cenara's mother taught her about their special mental powers. For years, Cenara and her mother remained as the protectors of Felrood Abbey (Nightbane's Fortress).
Upon Nightbane's return and new bid for power, he visited her family in the night and took Evina away, leaving Cenara as the sole protector of the Abbey. Not long afterwards, Cenara meets the Chosen, whom she asks to let her know when Nightbane is found (Nightbane's Fortress).
During the Devourer Saga she convinced her father Nightbane to help fight The'Galin. At some point, Death is bound to her soul, turning her into one of the eight Avatars.
Transformation[]
Her half-brother, Donovan started a war in Darkovia between the Lycans, Vampires, Werepyres, and the Humans and during the chaos Cenara was infected with some of Nightbane's Dracopyric blood. Death left her because of this, but she did not become Forsaken thanks to Dewlok's Moglin magic. A cure was found near Granemor that kept her alive, and allowed the blood to turn her into a full Dracopyre, GraceFang (the blood also aged her a little). She appears to have full control of her Dracopyric powers, and can shift between forms at will. Donovan also became a Dracopyre named NightReign and has became Cenara's adversary. Cenara later taken her brother's place as the ShadowSlayer trainer once Edward could no longer continue. If you choose to she can turn you into a Dracopyre and she can also train you to be a ShadowSlayer.

Powers and abilities[]
Like her mother, Cenara possesses special mental abilities that enable her to cast illusions on herself so as to look like another being and have their abilities, e.g. Nightbane, though the illusion's power is not as strong as the real one (Nightbane's Fortress).
