Dragon War of Steel, also known as Dragon War Steel, also called, is the twentieth quest of the Dragonspine Saga. It is available to all levels.
Dialogue[]
Outside Battleon. Two guardians stand against an unknown enemy.
Guardian: Why are you doing this?
???: My kind have been hunted for so long, exterminated like rodents, and yet you still wonder why I am here?
???:I am here to restore things to the way they should be.
The Fear Drake reveals himself.
Fear Drake: I will restore dragons to their rightful place as the masters of all races. And Battleon will be burned to the ground!
Fear Drake: Now then, kneel before me, and I will spare you.
Guardian: Ha! You think we're going to submit to you?
Fear Drake: Perhaps I wasn't loud enough. I said...
The Fear Drake attacks the two Guardians with his breath.
Fear Drake: KNEEEEEEEL!
Fear Drake: There, that wasn't so hard, was it?
Fear Drake: That takes care of the guards. Now then, Titanus?
Fear Drake: Remember, Titanus, you must keep the adventurers of Battleon busy for as long as possible. I shall return to Mount Fear to prepare the ritual.
Titanus: Yes, my liege. I shall not fail you.
Scene: In Battleon.
«You»: Another dragon invasion, eh?
Titanus: My master, the Fear Drake, thought you'd be rather comfortable fighting dragons again after so long.
«You»: The Fear Drake is back, then?
Titanus: Indeed. And I wouldn't get your hopes up. My master will defeat you this time!
WAR!
Dragons of Steel
Talk about déjà vu! There's an army of dragons attacking Battleon again, and they're led by the powerful Fear Drake! But oddly enough, no one has seen him on the battlefield at all. Where could he be?

Titanus: It seems you are stronger than I expected.
Titanus: Very well. You've run out of time anyways, so I suppose there's no harm in telling you.
Titanus: My master rests atop Mount Fear, as he always has. Go ahead, adventurer. But you know that you are going yo your own doom!
Atop Mount Fear.
Fear Drake: So you've come, «You».
«You»: I guess it was too much to hope that you'd just keep quiet and stay away from Battleon, huh?
Fear Drake: Of course not. It seems that still don't understand me, «You».
Fear Drake: I am more than simply a dragon. I am all of our rage and our hatred. So long as dragons are trapped beneath the thumb of humans, I will continue to live and grow stronger!
Fear Drake: And unfortunately, I have already completed the ritual.
«You»: ....ritual?
Fear Drake: Come and face me if you wish, «You», but your struggle is meaningless.
Fear Drake: For even if I am defeated here, I will always be able to return. And my legacy will live on!
1 BATTLE – Fear Drake
«You»: It's over now, Fear Drake.
Fear Drake: Hardly, «You». My death here at your hands was necessary.
«You»: What?
Fear Drake: While you were busy dealing with Titanus and his army, I was busy with an important ritual.
Fear Drake: And the spilling of my blood here has completed that ritual.
Fear Drake: Consider yourself warned, «You»!
Fear Drake: There will come a day in the future where you will be responsible for destroying the last of your draconic allies.
Fear Drake: And when that day comes, I will rise again to bring the entire dragon race back to the top of Lore's food chain!
Scene fades. Outside Battleon.
Galanoth: Excellent work hero, you have saved Battleon once more! I have an uneasy feeling about the events surrounding the Fear Drake.
Galanoth: We recovered this chest from the FD's lair. Let's see what this dragon was hoarding!
