Sheila: Gaspar, did you feel that--?
Gaspar: I did. A disturbance in the Draconic Aura.
Sheila: I'm worried. Could it have happened again?
Gaspar: I had hoped not, but we will certainly know soon enough. The last time was not pleasant.
???: (off-Scene) Lady Sheila!! The entire 12th Vartai Legion has-- gone mad!! You must hurry!
Sheila: And... you were right. If it's affecting Vartai AS WELL AS true Dragons, then it is far worse than before. I must go--
Gaspar: So must I. I will awaken Cyrus from his drakkensleep. He will not be happy, but he will thank me for having a chance to fight for his life.
Gaspar flies off, and the Scene fades to darkness.
«Scene: Dragonstone.»
Galanoth: Guardian Kelwyn!
Kelwyn: I am sorry for bothering you, Galanoth, but you were the only person who I knew might be able to help--
Galanoth: Spit it out already. I've been busy putting down random dragon flight raids on every village within 50 leagues of here for the past day.
Kelwyn: I was in combat with one of those very dragons, an energy one, when my Guardian Blade summoned the Guardian Dragon. Only, he didn't appear.
Galanoth: Okay, well...
Kelwyn: You didn't... you know... TAKE CARE OF him, did you?
Galanoth: What?! NO, of course not! The Guardian Dragon may be a jerk, but he's not the kind of dragon I'm after.
Kelwyn: Hmm... He's missing, then.
Galanoth: Any dragon goes missing, I'm either the FIRST person you should ask about it or the LAST. In this particular case, I'm the last. Maybe you should check in with Warlic.
Galanoth: I understand the Guardian Dragon's bond to the Guardian Blade is something magical, anyway...
Kelwyn: What ever you say Ga--
Galanoth's Dragon Blade activates.
Galanoth: What is it?
Kelwyn: Your Dragonblade-- it's glowing!
A blur of the Guardian Dragon enters and takes Kelwyn away.
Galanoth: ...........
The Guardian Dragon enters.
Galanoth: Thought so.
Galanoth: Why so grumpy today, GD?
Guardian Dragon: Anger-- So much-- Cannot hold back-- Must destroy!!
Galanoth: Oh boy.
Galanoth: Let's end this quick. FIRE DRAGON!!
The Fire Dragon enters.
Galanoth: What are you waiting for? SMITE, boy, SMITE!
The Fire Dragon leaves.
Galanoth: ... Well, then.
Galanoth: So somehow YOU are behind controlling all these dragons, eh? Hmf. I can't say I never dreamed about doing this, but--
Galanoth swings and misses.
Galanoth: You're quicker than you look, huh?
The Guardian Dragon blasts fire at Galanoth, and he ducks off-Scene.
Guardian Dragon: I don't like Dragonslayers...
The Guardian Dragon leaves and the Scene fades to darkness.
«New Scene: Battleon.»
Sheila: «You», I hope you do not have any plans today...
«You»: What? Why??
Lord Cyrus: The Guardian Dragon has either been freed from, or broken out of, the bonds that tied him to the Guardian Blade.
«You»: Deja vu... This happened before, right?
Sheila: It did, and we were never sure of the cause. This time is different, as well. Not only are DRAGONS being affected, but all of DRAGONKIND as well.
«You»: Oh... so Vartai... wyverns... even Drakel?
Lord Cyrus: We are going to need a lot of help to prevent the apparently crazed dragons and Vartai from leveling half of the continent.
«You»: Why aren't you two affected by this?
Sheila: Only about 70 percent of all Vartai seem to be under this "spell," or whatever it is.
«You»: By those odds, at least ONE of you, including Gaspar, should be affected.
Lord Cyrus: You're right. Now that you mention it, NO ONE in our family line is affected. None of our cousins whatsoever.
«You»: The key to finding out the cause behind the outbreak might be right in front of us...
Galanoth enters.
«You»: Galanoth!
Galanoth: Never fear-- The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.
«You»: What? No one said that you might be dead!
Galanoth: Really?? Hhn.
Innocent Bystander: (off-Scene) AAAHHHH!!!! DRAGONS ARE ATTACKING!!!!
«You»: Uh-oh. Looks like it's reached our doorstep!

Guardian Dragon Unleashed!
The Guardian Dragon has been freed from his bond to the Guardian Blade, and his uncontrolled power has sent a shockwave through all of Dragonkind. Dragons and even many part-dragon Vartai are ravaging the countryside in berserker rages. Can you stop them and tame the Guardian Dragon again?

Galanoth enters as his Blade activates.
Galanoth: Get away from her! You've caused enough trouble.
Guardian Dragon: I thought I cooked your goose already, Dragonslayer. I'll have to be more thorough this time...
Sheila: Galanoth, I found out what has caused the Guardian Dragon and others to change so radically--!
Galanoth: Get behind me, Sheila, and let me do my job...
Galanoth leaps and stabs at the Guardian Dragon. The Guardian Dragon then bites back, causing a big.
CRUNCH!
Scene shows Sheila, then Galanoth's helmet cracks as he flies away.
«You»: !!! Was the GALANOTH??
Guardian Dragon: You could say that I just chewed him up and spat him out, I suppose.

Guardian Dragon: ..... Wh-- what happened? The last thing I remember is being summoned by a Guardian, and then all became blackness!
Sheila: I discovered the cause of the overall disruption in the Draconic Aura, which was the reason I *tried* to talk to you.
Sheila: Gaspar and Cyrus found out that the Draconic Aura has been developing small fractures for a long time now. One of those fractures expanded greatly before it healed again--
Sheila: -- which ended up unbalancing the personalities of many members of dragonkind.
«You»: But what has actually been damaging the Aura in the first place?
Sheila: The increase in conflict between dragonkind and its enemies. It has been growing steadily over centuries.
Sheila: Only recently has it even begun to stabilize, with the uneasy truce between the Dragonslayers and some members of dragonkind.
Galanoth enters with a broken helm.
Sheila: (in unison) Galanoth!
«You»: (in unison) Galanoth!
Galanoth: Did someone say "Dragonslayer"?
Scene zooms in on Sheila and Galanoth.
Sheila: Y- your face--!
Galanoth: Ah... yes. Scars. Had them almost all of my life, ever since a dragon burned my home, and my parents with it.
Galanoth: My mother enchanted a blanket and wrapped me in it as well as she could, but I was still burned over some of my body.
Galanoth: I still wear the flame-proof blanket to this day as my cape.
Galanoth: I'm sorry if my appearance disturbs you... I will get my helm re-forged soon.
Sheila: No, it does not. I am-- happy that you are okay.
Sheila lays her hand on Galanoth's shoulderplate. Scene zooms out.
Guardian Dragon: ..............
«You»: I'm feeling a little uncomfortable here.
Guardian Dragon: I think I hear someone summoning me...
The Guardian Dragon leaves.
«You»: Oookay. Now I'm a third wheel...
