The Energy Orb is the thirty-first quest in the Devourer Saga. Level 41 is required to access it.

«You»: Robina! I wasn't expecting you to come along.
Robina: When Warlic told everyone about the importance of the orb quests, we all decided to do what we can to help.
Robina: These are the Eldwen Mountains, and haven't been explored much. Being a ranger, I can help you find your way.
«You»: My understanding from the Temple of Hope's library is that one of the powerful great dragons may have the Energy Orb in these mountains.
Robina: We will confirm that pretty quickly. If we find our way blocked by hostile energy creatures, it's probably true.
Robina: Just follow me. I made some special water element arrows, so I can help you fight if you want me to.

You reach the highest point of the mountain where the Energy Orb is floating in the air
«You»: It's the prime Energy Orb! Just floating there. We can just take it and run!
Krenos comes out and swallows the Energy Orb
«You»: I guess just grabbing the orb is out of the question now...
Robina: Krenos! Ooohhh great and mighty Krenos, king of dragons, we come humbly before you to request your help!
«You»: --So, do we grovel, now?
Robina: Just follow my lead...
Krenos: I-- expected this. Someone to come and ask for the Energy Orb. My dear, dear treasure.
Robina: It is so much more important than ANY treasure. It must be brought together with the other prime elemental orbs to realize its true power and glory.
Krenos: TRUE power? You mean to say it can be MORE powerful than it is now? How-- exhilarating. I should like to see what it might do when in full bloom.
Krenos: Alas, dear heroes, I ATE it. Swallowed... down into my gullet. You will have to BEAT IT out of me, I'm afraid.
Robina: *gulp* We can try...
«You»: TRY? Heh. We'll do it. Just be sure to FIGHT BACK a little so your minions retain some respect for you.
Krenos: Good idea. I will try not to liquefy you with my deadly breath attack.
