Doctor Vector Von Drake is a mad scientist who sent mercenary forces out to raid the land in search of crystals that he could use to make his ultimate weapon the UNDER Gun, so he could sell it to the highest bidder. His plan was to become rich and powerful enough to control the whole world. Unfortunately the final crystal he needed was located near Battleon, and the Drakel raiding the town caused a war that ended with Von Drake being defeated. Von Drake created the Drakel Freak and the Drakel SuperFreak.
