Tralin returned to the ship about ten minutes later, the last to board.
"Is it over then?" Darin asked.
"Delnar is..." Cerin added.
Tralin just sighed and went to his cabin.
The journey back to Deren was, to everyone's relief, uneventful, but no one could help noticing that the world had changed in the time since this battle had started. A political war had ended and what remained was a battle for their very survival against an unknown menace.
